GASP! Rate Myself as a Parent?

Does this count as having ‘made it to the top?” 6, 288 feet up on a gorgeous day to see ‘forever.’ (Imagine: no wind today where the world’s strongest gust ever was recorded, 231 mph–whoa.)

While Joanna’s exploring New Hampshire’s gorgeous White Mountains area Diane Lang helps out, whether she intended to or not :)! This just in!  Where on the scale will you put yourself? Check out the newest post to author, educator, lifecoach and parent Diane Lang’s page. (Don’t forget to scroll down past her bio and photos!)

  1. We are always harder on ourselves especially as parents. We want to be the best parent we can be but this can set us up for unrealistic expectations. Being a parent is a learning process full of ups and downs which is perfect because that is the way the real world works!!

    1. The parenting process is definitely a ‘work-in-progress’ and kids never seem to be in the same stage together (sigh). Oh well, I did sign up for this but find, especially as they’re getting older, that I have many moments of enjoying the ride and even a few more of ‘Hey! I may have done something right, here,’ especially when others compliment their manners or their behavior or one of the boys makes me a pbj for breakfast w/o me asking just because he thinks it’s a nice thing to do while mom gets ready for the day job!

    1. Thanks, Mona. Hearing great things about your latest release 🙂

Thanks for stopping by! I have more great pictures going up on Monday–hope you get to drop in again!
